By accessing and using SudoMade's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

SudoMade provides custom merchandise printing and design services including:

  • Custom t-shirts, hoodies, and apparel
  • Personalized mugs, tumblers, and drinkware
  • Custom caps, beanies, and accessories
  • Sports jerseys and team merchandise
  • Bulk and corporate orders
  • Design consultation and support

3. Order Process and Pricing

Quote-Based Pricing

All orders are subject to custom pricing based on:

  • Quantity and product type
  • Design complexity and printing method
  • Material specifications and quality
  • Timeline and delivery requirements

Order Confirmation

Orders are confirmed only after:

  • Written quote acceptance
  • Design approval and final specifications
  • Payment confirmation
  • Production timeline agreement

4. Design and Intellectual Property

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all submitted designs are original or properly licensed
  • Obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials
  • Provide high-quality design files in required formats
  • Approve final proofs before production begins

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:

  • Copyrighted material without proper authorization
  • Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
  • Trademark violations or brand infringement
  • Illegal or harmful content

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment Schedule: 50% deposit required, balance due before shipping
  • Bulk Orders: Custom payment terms available for orders over 100 units
  • Currency: All prices quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
  • Late Payments: May result in order delays or cancellation
  • Refunds: Subject to our refund policy outlined below

6. Production and Delivery

Production Timeline

  • Standard orders: 7-14 business days
  • Bulk orders: 14-21 business days
  • Rush orders: Available with additional fees
  • Timelines begin after design approval and payment

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs calculated based on destination and method
  • Tracking information provided for all shipments
  • Customer responsible for any customs fees or duties
  • Risk of loss transfers upon shipment

7. Quality Assurance and Returns

Quality Standards

We maintain high quality standards and will replace items with:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Printing errors or quality issues
  • Damage during shipping (when reported within 48 hours)

Return Policy

  • Custom products are generally non-returnable
  • Returns accepted only for our errors or defects
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition

8. Limitation of Liability

SudoMade's liability is limited to:

  • The total amount paid for the specific order
  • Replacement of defective products
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • Customer assumes responsibility for design accuracy and legal compliance

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Labor strikes or shortages
  • Equipment failures or technical issues

10. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before production begins
  • Cancellation fees may apply for design work completed
  • No cancellations accepted once production has started
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel orders for:

  • Prohibited content or design issues
  • Payment failures or disputes
  • Inability to meet production requirements
  • Violation of these terms of service

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Canadian courts.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
